I sailed on Sun Princess for several weeks and put the many big changes Princess introduced with this new Sphere class ship to the test. In some areas like cabins and fast food they’ve taken a major step forward but in many more key areas like entertainment venues and amenities, they’ve unfortunately taken two big steps back. Princess’ newest Royal class ships have had rave reviews and it’s an open question whether Princess has a made a big mistake introducing so many changes to a winning formula.
