Here’s the Crown Grill steakhouse menu from my British Isles cruise on Regal Princess in August 2024 with photos of what we ordered. Note that since this cruise, Princess has started to roll out a new Crown Grill menu across the fleet that you can see here, which no longer includes the Goat Cheese and Tomato Salad.
