Main Dining Room menus on Holland America’s Rotterdam (Caribbean itinerary)

Here are the Main Dining Room menus from my March 2025 Caribbean sailing on Rotterdam. You can find menus used for European itineraries here. I’ve included photos of what I tried. Overall, I was impressed with the food on this ship and it was a definite highlight of the cruise. See links for menus from other dining venus further below.
