Caymus Winemaker’s Dinner on Enchanted Princess (menu and review)

I was fortunate to be able to experience the Caymus Winemaker’s Dinner on Enchanted Princess in February 2024. This is a 6-course meal paired with wine that’s hosted in a semi-private section of the main dining room for up to 12 people per sitting. All of the wine is from the Wagner Family, which includes Caymus and Mer Soleil. The meal is hosted by the head sommelier who walks you through the wine that’s paired with each course. He was joined by a large team of servers who took amazing care of us. The ship’s Director of Dining Room Operations and Executive Chef also made an appearance toward the end.

The cover charge is $140 per person and I think it’s worth it. The food was excellent and I lost count of the number of glasses of premium wine they served. Needless to say, we were a very happy group at the end!

The lighting was very poor so my apologies in advance for the quality of some of the photos – I applied as much editing as I could but I’m not a professional.
