Here are the Sanctuary Club menus from my Transatlantic cruise on Sun Princess in October 2024, including the cabanas. If you’re looking for menus for the Sanctuary on Royal or Grand class ships, you can find them here.
I got a preview of the Sanctuary Club just before the launch of the Sanctuary Collection and was not impressed – there wasn’t enough shade and with music playing everywhere, I didn’t find it very relaxing. They are going for more of a youthful beach club vibe, which I understand but I think using the Sanctuary name for the venue is deceptive and confusing. This is the complete opposite experience of the Sanctuary venues on every other Princess ship where the vibe is very tranquil and relaxing with lots of shade and all of the loungers are spaced out. I should mention, though, that everyone I met with access to the Sanctuary Club appreciated the dedicated pool and service since the main pools on Sun Princess were often very crowded.

Snack menu

Since I couldn’t find any shaded loungers, I only lasted in the Sanctuary Club for an hour but I did try the Santa Fe chicken wrap, which tasted like any mediocre wrap you’d find at the airport. The various options surrounding the main lido pool (tacos, salads, burgers and pizza) were much tastier.
Cabanas
The cabanas cost more than $400 per day but include an expanded menu that I’ve posted below, which includes options from the Makoto Ocean sushi bar located in the piazza.
