Here are the main dining room (or “Fins Dining”) menus from my 5 night Cozumel and Progreso cruise on the Margaritaville at Sea Islander in March 2025 with photos of what I tried.
I was very impressed with the selection and quality of food in the dining room (and the ship overall). My only gripes were that the entree portions were too large a few times and the kitchen couldn’t manage to cook a steak to medium rare – even after sending it back, the second try still came out well done.
