Sabatini’s specialty restaurant on Emerald Princess: Menus and review

Interior view of an elegant restaurant with a wine display on the left, featuring wooden cabinetry and a circular entrance leading to dining tables and large windows.

Sabatini’s is the Italian specialty restaurant that you can find on almost every Princess ship. On Emerald, Sabatini’s is in a beautiful dining room that’s located on deck 16 aft with a beautiful wake view.

I was fortunate to be able to have dinner here several times during my 14 day Norway and Iceland cruise in July 2025. Aside from a dry Branzino on one visit, the food and the service was consistently very good and the maitre’d checked in on our table at least once on every visit. If you love Italian food, this is a must-try on your cruise.

The $60 per person cover charge is waived if you have the Premier package.

Watch for my full reivew of Emerald Princess coming soon. In the meantime, you can find links to menus and reviews from other onboard restaurants below.

The cover charge includes one selection from every course but I’m usually full after the “primi patti”. You can request small portions of any dessert – or a sampler with small portions of four desserts.
