The Norwegian Joy has great food, entertainment, nightlife and event-style activities like a 2-story racetrack but is it an actual Joy to cruise? With 4,000+ people in sometimes tight spaces, it all depends on how you feel about crowds and pool availability. In this review of my August cruise to Bermuda, I dive into who the Joy is – and isn’t – for and summarize all the changes in store, including the fall cancellation of its marquee production show Footloose and a major dry dock update in winter 2024.
