The Haven Penthouse Suite with Balcony (category HI) on Norwegian Joy is very spacious and comfortable but it does have some quirks, including an uncomfortable pull-out bed and an underwhelming bathroom for a suite. Join me for a complete tour and review of cabin 15130.
